  1. TEXO-RID

    TEXO-RID

Meshes calibrated and shape-retaining, spring steel round wire R=160/180 Kg/mm2. (Norms: DIN 17223/EN 10270-1) or stainless steel round wire. Available in rolls or cut to size panels, with or without tensioning folds.

  2. TEXO-VIB

    TEXO-VIB

Meshes calibrated and shape-retaining, spring steel round wire R=160/180 Kg/mm2. (Norms: DIN 17223/EN 10270-1) or stainless steel round wire. Available in rolls or cut to size panels, with or without tensioning folds.

  3. TEXO-FLAT

    TEXO-FLAT

Meshes calibrated and shape-retaining, spring steel round wire R=160/180 Kg/mm2. (Norms: DIN 17223/EN 10270-1) or stainless steel round wire. Available in rolls or cut to size panels, with or without tensioning folds.

  4. TEXO-REC-1

    TEXO-REC-1

They are made of longitudinal wire kept at the right distance by mean of an assembling weft. They are specially suited for improving the screening’s efficiency and when the treated materials have the tendency to clogging and pegging. In this last case, even better results are obtainable by using stainless steel.

  5. TEXO-REC-2

    TEXO-REC-2

They are made of longitudinal wire kept at the right distance by mean of an assembling weft. They are specially suited for improving the screening’s efficiency and when the treated materials have the tendency to clogging and pegging. In this last case, even better results are obtainable by using stainless steel.

  6. TEXO-REC-3

    TEXO-REC-3

They are made of longitudinal wire kept at the right distance by mean of an assembling weft. They are specially suited for improving the screening’s efficiency and when the treated materials have the tendency to clogging and pegging. In this last case, even better results are obtainable by using stainless steel.

  7. TEXO-OND-PU

    TEXO-OND-PU

They allow even better calibration of the material, maintaining a very high efficiency.

  8. TEXO-CAR-PU

    TEXO-CAR-PU

In this type of screens the wires are crimped on the same plane of the screening surface. This leads to openings approximately square, having the side in proportion to the pitch of the wire’s crimp. TEXO-CAR grids ensure, by this form of opening, an exact calibration of the different grain’s sizes.

  9. TEXO-REC-PU

    TEXO-REC-PU

They are made of straight longitudinal wires kept at the right distance by a polyurethane strip. All openings are available, with wire up to 5 mm.

  10. TEXO-TRI-PU

    TEXO-TRI-PU

By these grids the clogging is nearly totally eliminated thanks to different vibrations and swingings of the longitudinal wires, due to the diameter’s difference. The TEXO-TRI are different from the TEXO-CAR having triangular holes obtained by alternating a crimped wire with a straight wire of thicker diameter.

  11. TEXO-CAR-W

    TEXO-CAR-W

In this type of screens the longitudinal wires crimps are on the same plane of the screening surface. This leads to approximately square openings, having the side in proportion to the pitch of crimped wire. By this kind of opening TEXO-CAR screens ensure an exact calibration of the different grains sizes.

  12. TEXO-TRI-W

    TEXO-TRI-W

They are a further step ahead of the sieving technique. These screens nearly completely eliminate the clogging thanks to different vibrations and swings of the longitudinal wires, due to the diameter difference. TEXO-TRI screens differ from TEXO-CAR for the triangular opening obtained by alternating a crimped wire with a straight wire of thicker diameter.
